Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Bars
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/3 cup canola oil
1 pkg. 8oz reduced-fat cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, and egg. Set aside one cup for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture into a 9x13 pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until set.
For filling, in a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg; beat well. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture and chocolate chips.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars and store in the refrigerator.
