Barbecue Ranch Chicken Sandwiches

Some nights you just need to get dinner on the table fast. This is a great recipe for those days where you don’t have a lot of time. The sauce can vary depending on what brand of barbecue sauce you use, and the amount of ranch you like. You can put it in the crock pot around lunch time, and by dinner time it’s ready to go.

Barbecue Ranch Chicken Sandwiches

3 – 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (frozen or thawed, see directions)
¾ bottle of barbecue sauce
¼ cup ranch dressing – or to taste

Put the chicken in a crock pot. If it is frozen, you will need around 6 hours cooking time on low. If it is thawed, you will need about 4 hours on low. In a small bowl, mix the barbecue sauce and ranch dressing. Taste the sauce and see if you need to make any adjustments. Pour the sauce over the chicken, and cook on low for the specified time. When the chicken is cooked, shred with 2 forks. Serve on sandwich rolls. Easy and good!
